Elle Kammeo is a 26 year old artist who has been shunned by the art community and by most of society because of the content of her artwork. She has a vast fascination with Gotham’s Rogues, and has done numerous pieces centered around them. Elle would like to do so much more with her life, even if it means leading a life of crime.
